MY STORY

Creativity has been part of me for as long as I can remember, and my love of weddings began in 2014. While a senior in college and planning my own wedding, I quickly realized that a wedding combines creativity and the celebration of our love story, while also incorporating our individual personalities. As an Ennegram 4 and someone who has always felt things very deeply, creating pieces and planning details of our wedding that felt just like “us” was the second most important thing to me (the first being getting to marry Ben). Oh Joyful Day was officially founded in the fall of 2015, and since then I have continued to fall even more in love with getting to work with couples who want to share their love and their story with the people that mean the most to them.

When I’m not working in my office in our house from the 1930’s, you can most likely find me chasing around our toddler, playing/snuggling with our little rescue dog, Lucy, brainstorming the next home project I’d like to start, or spending time with the people I love most.
